On Maui, like most places, you get what you pay for....there's a lot to choose from, but not all places are equal. Beachfront property expenses run high, especially in million plus dollar oceanfront places, which is why many smart people rent rather than own. People who want a  well maintained oceanfront unit with better views, less noise, privacy, shelter from wind, fewer insects, and superb furnishings refuse to compromise with less desirable rental pool units.

If its important to you to make every vacation moment count with tropical comforts, this penthouse provides fulltime satisfaction and fulfillment... Typical comments such as "we don't want to leave" and "this is fabulous" reflect guests' appreciation.

*The resort itself is oceanfront, but some units are closer to the ocean with better views than others;  not all units enjoy the southside's sunny quiet pool or protected exposure. Views, furnishings, and winds differ greatly from unit to unit. Like hotels, the rate catergory reflect these differences. 803's prime luxury oceanfront unit costs a little more than a limited or partial ocean view unit, but it represents one of Polo's best values with its competitive rates that are below other published prices in the same rental category.
