Along with its comfortable upscale appointments and close beachfront location , this condo is  in one of the most desirable spots on Maui's southwest gold coast.  It's situated in the tranquil and tropical Wailea Makena area which is renowned for the island's sunniest and driest weather. Year round temperatures usually hover in the pleasant mid seventy to mid eighty degree range.  This small area has the least rain anywhere on Maui. You can just relax and enjoy the sunshine on the lanai, pool  and beach... or there is plenty else to do....
